Saving Methods are what we call the different ways with which you can save money! Each saving method is a different way to save!

The current Saving Methods list:

Each saving method has its own page describing how it helps you save money. The general format of the page is to first give you a basic understanding of that specific saving method in the introductory and “How It Works” sections.

This is immediately followed by a list of “The Websites” that use that method. All of the websites listed are in alphabetical order. This is done intentionally, as we do not want to appear to be recommending specific websites. Not every website on the interent that may make use of that saving method is included on our website, but we try to include those that we feel are the most pertinent in helping you quickly save money.

When the full list of websites that use that saving method is lengthy - typically 5 or more - we provide a “shortlist” of those websites that we feel are particularly helpful and a good place to start. Our “shortlist” takes the guesswork out of where to begin and helps you start saving that much faster. The full list of websites is provided when you click on the "Go Now" button with the "shortlist" websites appearing at the top of the list as "Featured" websites. We felt this system will help you get started saving more quickly—since you don’t have to figure out where to start on your own—while still providing a full list that you can later explore when you have the time.

Next, we give you a very broad idea of how much you can expect to save in the aptly named “How Much Can You Save?” section. We then dive more deeply into the saving method in the “Ways to Save” and “Other Things to Know” sections by addressing specific points to help you maximize your savings and minimize any risks associated with using that method that may exist.

The savings methods that don’t fit well into the above structure may contain additional sections to accommodate information unique to that specific saving method. Likewise, some of the above sections may simply be unnecessary for some other saving methods and therefore not included. The pages for some saving methods may abandon this structure entirely in order to bring you information that just doesn’t fit well into the structure described above.

Click on the "How to Save" main menu item at the top of the page and select the savings method you'd like to learn more about! Or select from the list below:
