Both have a very broad selection of merchandise and competitive prices. A simple search on one or both sites will let you know just how competitive your price is. This is especially true if it is either Amazon.com or Walmart.com doing the selling and not one of their marketplace vendors. Look for "Sold by Amazon.com" on Amazon's website and "Sold and shipped by Walmart.com" on Walmart's website to ensure you're getting a competitive price, since this means that these products are being sold directly by Amazon.com and Walmart.com and are priced as the result of their purchasing power and respective pricing policies. The marketplace vendors on both websites are third-party companies selling on those websites and may have prices that may not be as competitive as those products sold driectly by Amazon.com and Walmart.com.

However, don’t just rely on these two websites for your purchases. They do not always have the lowest prices, but they are well-known retailers with good customer service policies that allow you to return merchandise for almost any reason.

How Much Can You Save?

There are definite savings to be found using these websites, especially if the products are being sold directly by Amazon.com or Walmart.com, but as mentioned above, they may not always have the cheapest price. Always compare!
